    Fine views and a beautiful beach made it a perfect getaway. Though there were minor issues like slow room service, the warm staff and clean facilities kept us happy. Highly recommend this gem!

    Fine beachfront location near local attractions.

    Our experience was marred by the disorganized service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to address our concerns promptly. We waited excessively for basic amenities that were promised upon check-in but never delivered. The room was lacking in cleanliness and comfort, unacceptable for the price we paid.

    Had very pleasant stay for lovely peaceful and relaxing chic rustic vacation. Location: the hotel was next to restaurant, a taxi to the bus station, and beautiful Tulum. And it was just a short stroll away from Juanita Diavola, ate there couple of times.

    They are thieves

    In general: This people take advantage of local and small companies in the Tulum area that provide them with goods and services. Don't stay there, go spend your money elsewhere. And Hotelito Azul, please pay for your furniture.

    Check-in felt chaotic. Our room wasn't ready, frustrating. We opted to grab drinks by the pool. The margaritas shocked me with a $40 price tag each and only cash accepted. Not a great start. That night, we planned to unwind in the rooftop hot tub, but to our disappointment, it was cold and the heater was broken. Bar staff promised drinks, but insisted on immediate payment for the two beers they offered. That's a bizarre way to handle customer service. Thankfully, we had just booked three nights here and got to escape to Casa Malca for the remainder of our vacation, where the experience turned completely around. Wouldn't recommend Hotelito Azul if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

    The place was fairly clean, I booked the suite with sea views, everything was very good. My room included a laptop-size safe, a minibar, and an iron. The location was absolutely perfect and beautiful, near the beach, in the relaxing area. There was an authentic restaurant nearby...

    Fine Escape with Beautiful Views

    The local cuisine served at the hotel restaurant was great, especially the fresh ceviche! A tip , enjoy breakfast early to snag a spot with the best ocean view.

    would love to come back

    Such an amazing 5-night stay! We had a Suite with Garden View that included air conditioning, a coffee machine, a minibar, and even a private bathroom. The staff were super sweet and even made puree meals for my baby. Plus, the onsite restaurant serves delicious food! Free parking was a bonus!
